About HFFS

Horizontal form fill seal packaging machine has multi-function design, the compatibility is the highest than other packaging machine. With different filling system, it can pack different kinds of product and material and provide the best filling accuracy including powder, liquid, paste, solid, table, capsule, etc. HFFS machine can help customer not only reduce their labor cost, running cost, production time but also increase their efficiency. HFFS can make various kinds of bag like 3-sides-sealed, 4-sides-sealed and stand-up bag with or without special shape. Different sealing patterns are also available like cross, diamond, linear or total flat.

Compared to traditional vertical form fill seal packaging machine, our HFFS machine can avoid DUST problem but VFFS cannot. HFFS machine makes bag first than fill powder into bag. The filling funnel or nozzle will insert into bag before filling to prevent the powder or dust touches the top sealing area of bag. We also have dust collection nozzle to help collect the dust flying around the bag opening. Our HFFS machine can make sure the top sealing quality without dust problem but VFFS cannot. A better sealing quality means a longer product shelf-life.
